Birthday Cake Protein Shake

Birthday cake is a staple in the dessert world, and if you are a mindful eater then you probably don’t get to indulge in the yummy dessert very often. This birthday cake protein shake may not be the same as the real thing, but it is packed with nutrients and still tastes so tasty!

  • 1 cup of frozen banana chopped into small pieces
  • ¼-½ cup milk 
  • 2 scoops of NRG Active vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Few drops of almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles (optional, but yummy!)

Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until you reach desired texture.
